All items from MADE IN SOHO are made to order and customised to your specifications. As each piece is considered a work of art:
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Final Sale: All sales are final once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
We take great care in producing and shipping your order. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue as follows:
Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.
Evaluation: We will evaluate the reported issue and, if the item is found to be incorrect or damaged, we will discuss the following options with you:
Repair: We may offer to repair the item if feasible.
Replacement: We may offer to replace the item with a new one.
Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a full or partial refund.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund for an incorrect or damaged item, the following conditions must be met:
Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase must be provided.
Timely Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Processing Time
Once we have received your notification and evaluated your claim, we will inform you of our decision. If a return, replacement, or refund is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible.
Repair/Replacement: If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will inform you of the expected time frame.
Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
