All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MADE IN SOHO offers hand-painted, bespoke items that are made to order. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, in accordance with UK consumer law, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues.
