All of our items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the production of your unique garment before it is shipped.

Within the UK: Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 3-14 business days.

We use reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties, and/or customs charges incurred for the return shipment. MADE IN SOHO is not liable for any import duties or taxes that may apply, nor for any resulting delays.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Each piece is made to order and considered a work of art. However, in accordance with UK consumer law, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
